Hello, my name is Nicholas Smith

I hold both the Hypnotherapy in Practise Diploma (HPD) and the Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH), and have extensive experience in helping individuals to overcome personal challenges and also learn more about themselves and their life's purpose.
I am a member of The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), the Association for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapists (AfSFH), the Complimentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.
To ensure my skillset is as up-to-date as possible and to enable me to work in as wide a remit as I can, I undergo regular Continual Professional Development (CPD) training and supervision.
My approach is compassionate, empathetic, completely judgement-free and I am committed to creating a sacred space where you can feel safe for us to work together in a therapeutic alliance to help you reach your desired outcome.
Based in Brighton, UK, I offer SFH sessions online worldwide, plus run in-person clinics for SFH and QHHT in
Brighton & Hove and London.
In-Person Home Visits are also available by special arrangement (extra charges may apply).

The AfSFH is a non-profit organisation committed to supporting members at each stage of their career and seeking to further the practice of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy by supporting and developing the skills and interests of members engaged in that profession, as well as increasing public awareness.

CNHC was set up with government support to protect the public by providing a UK voluntary register of health practitioners. CNHC's register has been approved as an Accredited Register by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care, a body accountable to Parliament.
Brighton and Hove Therapy Hub encompasses a large number of Therapists who are qualified, and BACP registered, they are experienced in supporting a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety, depression, eating-disorders, gender identity issues, gambling issues, Codependency as well as those experiencing other stressful or life changing situations such as bereavement, separation, divorce or bullying.
